Jay Z or NaS, who is the Prince of Hip Hop?

Biggie and Pac are the Kings, but who's the Prince? I think Jay Z, he put out better stuff than NaS did and his quality was much better. The only good album NaS did was Ilmatic which is one of the best albums ever, but what else? Jay Z Blueprint 3 cannot be touched!!!

How do I find the blueprints for a small lego bionicle with a Spinner?

My brothers took apart a bionicle but I do not have the instructions for it and cannot put it back together. It has a spinner on the back, is green, and is a matoran. If anybody knows how to build something like this or knows a website where you can find the blueprints, pls tell me!

Is this reflux or allergy?

My baby will be 6 months old on the 11th. He currently is on Enfamil Infant and has started to spit up a lot and has bellyaches pretty frequently. Sometimes his breathe will smell like soiled milk. When he was born he was breastfeed until I couldn't any longer (about 6 weeks.) And he was on Gerber Good Start but he just quit drinking it. I don't know if he just didn't like the taste or what. I put him on Enfamil Newborn and he did great but I switched him over to the Infant formula when he was 3 months. I've called my Dr's office and a nurse suggested alimentum formula but I really dislike Similac formula. I was wondering if I should try Gerber Good Starts again. Of course I'll do what's right for my baby...any suggestions? Anybody else out there with the same issue?

What are some exercises/workouts I can do to get faster sprinting speed?

I have college baseball tryouts in about 2 months and I want to get my speed faster. Right now I am working out legs one day a week and running 4 to 5 days a week about 2-3 miles a day. I started doing 10,20,40 yard sprints once a week. If any one can tell me some more tricks, tips, exercises too do would be great. Specifically my speed is good but when I start at the beginning it takes me a little to long to get to my full speed.
