Same here bro, except I'm more of a versatile defender who has experience and I need to grow muscle soon. I basically just started swimming for around two hours a day to burn out body fat and to tone my muscles, then since its freshman football, you don't need to worry about bulkiness too much, junior year is when you need that, but for now, just get toned, build some muscle, and eat a good diet.
